Bucket Elevator

Bucket elevator is used for vertically elevating block and granular materials of limestone, coal, gypsum, clinker, clay, as well as powder materials of raw material, cement, coal powder and other materials after being crushed by the crusher.

Bucket elevator can be divided into three types: centrifugal discharge,  gravity discharge and mixed discharge according to different running speed of the hopper. Centrifugal discharge runs fast, which is suitable to convey powder, granular and small block materials; Gravity discharge bucket elevator is applicable into conveying the block materials with heavy weight, such as clinker, limestone and etc. And the traction components have three types: ring chain, plate chain, belt which can satisfy different needs of our customers.

Working principal of bucket elevator:
The hopper dip the materials from the bin at the buttom, and lift them to the top with the rotation of belt or chain, turn down after bypassing the wheel at the top and throw down the materials into the receiving tank. And the bucket elevator usually has enclosure, which can prevent the dust flying in a mess in the bucket elevator.
