Ceramic Sand Production Line

Ceramsite is the artificial lightweight aggregate with clay, mudstone, various shale, slate, phyllite, coal refuse, and fly ash as its main raw material which is processed and crushed and milled into ball, and then burnt swelling. It is multi-hole, ceramic, and granular material with a solid shell outside, a layer of water proof and gas preservation stratum adamantinum on surface, and close type millipore structure inside.

Ceramsite bears the features of light texture, heat preservation, sound insulation, high strength, and low water absorbing capacity which can be used for bricking-up and stuffing in building, taking the place of stone. Compared with the traditional concrete, ceramsite is lighter in proportion, richer in plasticity, and stronger in quake-proof. Applied in the giant bridge and building construction, it can save 2/3 of the cost.

The whole set of the ceramsite production line equipment consists of seven parts:

feeder system, measuring system, mixer system, spherulization system, calcination system, dust collection system , and computer control system. The main equipment contains: 1. main kiln body 2. calcination system 3. dust fall chamber 4.ventilator 5. control cabinet The auxiliary equipment: crusher, screening machine, belt conveyor, raw material storage chamber, feed machine, discharge and machine.
