Quartz Sand Production Line

This series of production line consists of vibrating feeder, jaw crusher, PCL direct way type centrifugal crusher (sand making machine), vibrating screen and belt conveyor. We can combine different types of equipment to satisfy the customer¡¯s different technics demands.

1.Introduction to the basic procedure of production line:

First, crush the stone with the pearling mill. Then send the coarse fodder by belt conveyor to the fine crusher for crushing. The crushed material will be divided into two kinds by the vibrating screen. The one qualified for the feed fraction of sand making machine can be sent to the machine and made into sand after being washed by the sand washer. The one unqualified will be sent back to fine crusher to further crush and then sent into the sand making machine.

2.Introduction to the performance of production line:

This production line is of high automation, low operation cost, high crush rate, low energy loss, high output, low pollution, and easy maintenance. The sand produced by this machine conforms to the country¡¯s building sand standard with epigranular, good particle shape and reasonable graduation.
