Hennan Bailing has passed through the reexamination and got the recertification of Quality Control System this year

         For the time being, Bailing Machinery has passed the authoritative certificates such as ISO9001:2008 and CCC authentication (China Compulsory Product Certification). We are also honored as “contract-abiding and trustworthy” enterprise of Henan province. And the enterprise has followed the scientific management method of modern enterprises, producing equipments with meticulous care and endless innovation, in this way, it has rapidly developed and become an outstanding enterprise in the mechanical industry in China.
         The examining expert group held the view that: Bailing Machinery Co., LTD passed the quality control system certification and gained the certificate of certification. Since then, the manager met commitment, had a good command of obeying laws and satisfying the customer’s need and put it through the organization. The company can apply the management principle into the daily management and emphasized the design of management system. Within the organization, the commitment was clarified and the communication system was smooth.
         From April 8th to April 12th in 2009, our company had undergone the reexamination of ISO9001 quality control system and had gotten admission to change certification.
The management manual was modified to version C and carried out on April 15th, 2009 which divided the responsibility again. The change in system has improved the operation of the system forcefully.
        Within the period of waiting for the recertification, we completed the quality policy of scientific management, well-design, elaborate manufacturing, quality first, and customer satisfaction which contains the commitment of obeying laws and continuous improvement, reflects the characteristic of equipment design and manufacture, and offers a frame for the set of the quality goal. All these are conveyed to all the staff and carried out. The quality goal of an enterprise can reflect the conformity of demanded product and shows the industrial advancement.
         The enterprise emphasizes the construction of human resource. By internal training and recruitment, the staff credentials are in accord with the demand of position. After moving to the new district, the main manufacturing staff comes to 800 sets which can meet the quality demand of the product. With adequate infrastructure and equipment, the enterprise has a good environment for high quality manufacture. The enterprise designs the product according to the market demands and development plan. The technical target and economic indicator of the designed product are the industrial leaders which will meet the customer’s demand.
         Finally, the examination expert group made the conclusion: Within the certification period of validity, it meets the certification demand. We reach an agreement to maintain its qualification of certification and registration and issue an updating certificate of certification
