1. The working principals of rotary kiln:

Rotary kiln is thermal equipment with high mechanization and versatility. It mainly consists of the following parts:

(1) Kiln bowl: It is an object equipped with several race rings and a big gear outside and steely bowl inside which uses heat insulation and heat preservation as an underlay.

(2) Riding wheel seat ( the same amount of race rings):It consists of steely seat, riding wheel bracket with shaft block and riding wheel. One of these groups has catch wheel.

(3) Transmission system: It consists of switch board (with frequency conversion), electric motor, reduction gear, and pinion.

(4) Kiln hood:It consists of kiln hood mantle, heat interchanger, blow down, sealer, wheel and orbital plane.

(5) Combustion system: It is made up of fuel gas (natural gas and liquid gas), voltage regulating station, valve and nozzle.

(6) Air feed system: It is made up of high pressure centrifugal blower, control valve, muffler, and heat interchanger.

(7) Kiln end: It consists of adapter module, preheater, feed pipe, sedimentation chamber, kiln end sealer, flue, and air adjusting shutter.

(8) Purging system: It is consist of flue, dust abatement and desulfurizing installation, draft fan, and main chimney.

2. The working principals of rotary kiln:

The rotary kiln (rotating kiln) is a cylindrical object with 3-3.5% slant to the horizontal direction. The materials are mixed, stirred and reacted in the rotary kiln (rotation kiln) by the rotation of the kiln. The coal sprays out of the kiln hood and burns to produce large amount of heat. The heat is passed onto the material by the radiation of the flame, the convection of the hot air and kiln bricks (kiln skin). The materials move forward by the slant of the kiln body and the rotation of the kiln.
